Multicolor pasta salad



– 200 grams of colored pasta
– 100 grams in a slice of cooked turkey
– 8 mozzarella cheese balls
– 1 handful of dried cherry tomatoes
– 1 handful black olives
– 1 large tomato
– 1 sweet onion
– 1 handful of capers
– A few basil leaves

Pesto sauce ingredients for Thermomix
– 100 g parmesan
– 50 g basil leaves
– 2 garlic cloves
– 50 g pine nuts
– 250 grams (2 and 1 / 2 cups) of extra virgin olive oil
– Salt
– 50 grams (1 / 2 beaker) of water

PREPARATION

Cook the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and pass through the tap of cold water to stop cooking.
Brown the turkey in a pan, then cut into dices.
Mix all ingredients cut to everyone’s taste.
Serve with vinaigrette, in this case with pesto sauce.

Pesto sauce Instructions:
Chop and grate cheese pressing the turbo button 5 times, followed by 15 seconds at progressive speeds 5-7-9.
Then add the garlic, pine nuts and basil and repeat the previous operation.
When everything is minced and homogeneous as if it were a mayonnaise, slowly pour oil on speed 5, add water and mix.
Adjust seasoning if necessary.
