This is a verry yummy meal, and easy to prepare. If you like you can add some bacon.
INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX, TM31:
- 800 g Asparagus
- 150 g Parmesan
- 2 eggs
1. Put the asparagus into the Varoma, put 500 ml water into the mixing bowl, install the Varoma and cook for 30 min/speed 1/varoma
2. Put the asparagus in a platob sprinkle with Parmesan and crack the two eggs on the top, add some salt and pepper
3. Put the dish to the micro, set for 3 min approx. power 650W, until the egg is cooked slightly, and melts the Parmesan, then serve
