Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
(Serves 5-6 people)
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados (peeled)
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic (to taste)
- 70 g cucumber, half peeled
- 30g green pepper
- 50 gr onion
- vinegar to taste (20-30 gr)
- 8 ice cubes
- 50 gr olive oil
- Water, depends on how thick we like the gazpacho(about 200 gr)
We put in the glass all the vegetables, vinegar, salt and ice.
Crush for 30 seconds, speed 5. Program for 3 minutes speed 10.
Add oil and mix for 3 seconds, speed 7.
Add water and mix for a few seconds at speed 5. As we like the thick, we continue to add more water and mixing until it is to our liking.
