AVOCADO GAZPACHO



Recipe – Thermomix TM 31

INGREDIENTS

(Serves 5-6 people)

  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados (peeled)
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic (to taste)
  • 70 g cucumber, half peeled
  • 30g green pepper
  • 50 gr onion
  • vinegar to taste (20-30 gr)
  • salt
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 50 gr olive oil
  • Water, depends on how thick we like the gazpacho(about 200 gr)

 

PREPARATION

 

We put in the glass all the vegetables, vinegar, salt and ice.

Crush for 30 seconds, speed 5. Program for 3 minutes speed 10.

Add oil and mix for 3 seconds, speed 7.

Add water and mix for a few seconds at speed 5. As we like the thick, we continue to add more water and mixing until it is to our liking.

Serve cold.
