Soy milk has some very interesting properties, is an alternative to cow’s milk and has a large amount of protein.
- 500 g of soy milk
- 60 g sugar
- 35 gr white chocolate
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
The preparation is simple, put the ingredients in the Thermomix except cream and cinnamon, then grind alternating every 30 seconds 4-5-6-7-8-9-10 speed until its well mix.
