- 200 gr ripe, peeled and sliced banana
- 50 g sugar
- 100 grams of ice
- 600 g of skimmed milk
Put in the cup the bananas, sugar and ice. Hold the cup with your hand so it doesnt jump and set for 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10.
Add the milk and set for another 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10.
This smoothie should be served immediately, since the banana oxidizes and starts getting a little dark.
You may also add a little of cinnamon.
