1 / 2 stick of baguette soaked and drained
1 or 2 peppers without seeds (to taste)
1 large garlic clove or 2 if they are small.
35 g of ketchup.
80 grams of tomato sauce.
5 g of vinegar.
1 / 2 teaspoon of dried parsley.
1 / 2 teaspoon cumin.
20 grams of olive oil.


Put all ingredients and blend for 10 seconds, speed 4.

Clean the walls with a spatula and blend again for 10 seconds, speed. 5.
It’s ready to serve. Heat a little in the microwave before serving. Tastes great with French fries and potatoes.
