BEER BREAD



Here a recipe for a slightly different bread, but super tasty! You can use also whole wheat flour instead of wheat flour.

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

  • 600 g of wheat flour (sifted)
  • 40 g yeast
  • 1 Can of beer
  • 3 Cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Egg
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 1 TBSP mustard
  • 1 TBSP water
  • 2.5 g salt
  • 2.5 g sugar

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Put beer, water, sugar, salt and egg into the mixing bowl, cook for 2 minutes / 37 ° /speed 4
2. Add oil, cook for 20 seconds /speed 4
3. Add yeast, cook for 30 seconds /speed 3
4. Knead for 2 minutes and slowly add 200 g flour
5. Put dough in a bowl and let rest for 15 minutes
6. Chop garlic (or crush in a mortar), put into the mixing bowl, add the mustard and mix
7. Knead for 5 minutes, add the dough from the bowl, then slowly add the remaining flour (until a ball forms)
8. Put the dough in a form and let it rest, until the dough doubles the volume
9. Preheat the oven on 190C°
10. Bake the bread for 35 minutes, cool and serve
