BEER CREME



This beer cream is quickly and easily prepared. A delicious dessert! 🙂

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX, TM1:

 

  • 400 ml milk
  • 250 ml dark beer
  • 40 g sugar
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp grated ginger

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl, cook for 8 minutes / 100 C° /speed 4
2. Distribute in bowls, cool, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve
