Thermomix TM5/31/21 Recipe
There are two versions of the origin of Brownie, both occur in the United States of America, in the last decade of the nineteenth century, one is 1892 and the other in 1897.
The first version is believed to have happened in Chicago at the Palmer House Hotel, during an exhibition when it was ordered to prepare a dessert to be placed in boxes and that the ladies would not dirty their hands when eating it.
The second version and the one that has the most strength is that a cook in 1897 was preparing a chocolate cake or biscuit and forgot to add yeast.
The name Brownie
When forgetting the yeast in the preparation of the sponge cake, the result was a sponge cake without much height, as we now know it, which was given the name of Brown (brown) and / or Brownies (brownies), because of the dark color it has.

Bake at 190º for about 50 minutes, you already know the trick, to stick with a stick, if it comes out clean, it’s already baked, if not leave it a little longer.
I love brownies! Anything is good if it’s made of chocolate.
