Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
- 700 grams of onions ( Julienne cut )
- 70 grams of butter
- 30 grams of virgin olive oil
- 30 grams of liquid caramel
- A dash of salt
* Put the stirring attachment ( butterfly ) in the mixing bowl.
* Add the onions together with the butter and olive oil and set it for 30 mins, varoma temperature, speed 1.
* Finally add the liquid caramel and the salt and set it for 3 mins, temperature 100 °, speed 1.
It goes great with steaks . Use it on burgers for a special treat !
