CHAMPINON/BACON QUICHE



A recipe for a delicious Quiche.
You can replace the bacon with ham or spinach.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

  • 1 Onion (peeled an quartet)
  • 1 Clove of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Shortcrust pastry (purchased or homemade)
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 40 g red pepper
  • 20 ml oil
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 6 Slices of smoked bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • grated cheese

PREPARATION:

 

1. Put the onion,  garlic and peppers ito the mixing bowl, chop for 20 seconds /speed 4
2. Add mushrooms, chop for 10 seconds /speed 4
3. Add wine, cook for 15 minutes / Varoma / , pour mixture into the the shortcrust pastry and spread the bacon on it
4. Put eggs and cream into the mixing bowl, add salt and pepper, beat for 30 seconds /speed 4, pour into the shortcrust pastry in top of the other mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese
5. Bake for 30 minutes at approx. 180 ° C
