CHEESE STRAWBERRY PIE

CHEESE STRAWBERRY PIE



INGREDIENTS:

BASE:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 packet  biscuits

Filling:

  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly
  • 300gr cheese cream
  • 200gr whipping cream
  • 3 sugar tablespoons
  • 250g water
  • 250g Natural Strawberry

Glaze:

  • 4 or 5 strawberries
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly
  • 200gr Strawberry jam
  • 100g water
  • 10 g lemon juice

PREPARATION:


Base:

Place the butter in the bowl 1min 37 Cº speed 2 after you add the packet of biscuits and grind at speed 5 until everything is blended until it’s like a paste and line the pan with it


Filling:

Place strawberries in the glass and crush at speed 5 for 10-15 sec.

Reserve Put 250g of water in the beaker and set 5min 100 C° , speed 1,  then add the pack of jelly and then the others filling ingredients (except strawberries) you beat for 15 sec, speed 5.

Add the mashed strawberries and mix for 5 seconds, speed  2, when finish put in the refrigerator for about 10 -12 hours.

Glaze:


Pour the jelly into the cup and spray for 10 sec, speed 5-7, add the remaining ingredients (except strawberries) and set 3 min, 70Cº, speed 1.

Cover the pie with this glaze (before we cut the strawberries into slices and placed on top of the cake after frosting sets) let congeal in the fridge for about 4 hours.
