STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
A different menu to finish the year, chicken breast stuffed with bacon and cheese with cranberry sauce. You have two options to make this recipe, buy the chicken breast already stuffed or to fill it yourself. If you choose the second option, you only have to open the breast in half, fill it with two slices of cheese and sliced bacon. Close the breast and tie well with a rope. Serving: 4 people (50 grams)
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
- 2 stuffed breasts
- 60 ml white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 6 aromatic cloves
- 2 garlic
- 140 ml vegetable broth
The first thing we do is saute the breast with a little olive oil in a pan, to brown it on all sides.
Preheat the oven at 200ºC.
Spread the breast with honey all over.
Bake for 45 minutes, after 30 minutes, mix white wine, garlic, broth, cloves and cilantro and por over the breast with this mixture, leave inside the oven so that it finishes roasting.
Remember to turn the breast over so that it is browned on all sides.
- 150 gr. Dried cranberries
- 160 ml. White wine
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 red chives
- Sauce left over from the baking
Place the white wine in the bowl of the Thermomix, set for 10 minutes, varoma, spoon speed, so that the alcohol of the wine evaporates.
Then add the dried cranberries, leaving a few out to decorate, set for 10 minutes, 90ºC, speed 1, so that the blueberries keep hydrated, add sugar, sauce of the previous baking and the chives, re-program for 20 minutes, 100ºC, speed 1. We the sauce is ready, shred for 30 seconds, progressive speed from 5 to 10.
Serve accompanied by piquillo peppers and cranberry sauce.
