CHICKEN WITH CHEESE



INGREDIENTS

Thermomix TM31

(4 people)

  • 2 onions
  • 80 gr oil
  • 800 gr chicken breast
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 100 gr white wine
  • 50 g of water
  • 8 cheese slices
  • Salt and pepper.

PREPARATION

 

1 – Cut the chicken into pieces.

2 – In the thermomix glass pour oil and set for 3 minutes, speed 1.and varoma temperature

3 – Add the onions and crush for 4 seconds, speed 4. Saut for 5 minutes, temperature 100 at speed 1.

4 – Add the chopped chicken breasts and set for 4 minutes, temperature 100, speed spoon and left turn.

5 – Put the wine and rescheduled four minutes, temperature 100, spoon and speed left turn.

6 – Add water and beef bouillon cube and put back to 4 minutes, temperature 100, speed spoon and left turn.

7 – Finish with the cheese slices, pepper and salt to taste, 3 minutes, temperature 100, speed spoon and left turn.

8 – If the pieces are still plump, Add a minute more in the steps 4,5,6 and 7.

NOTE: Serve hot. You can serve it with rice, fried potatoes, vegetables, noodles, mashed potatoes…
