Recipe – Thermomix TM 31


  • 2 or 3 chicken fillets
  • Frozen spinach
  • 2 or 3 potatoes
  • 1 piece of emmental cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 liter of water


Add water in the Thermomix and set for 27 minutes at varoma temperature, at speed spoon.

Meanwhile chop the potatoes (as in the photo) and put them in the Varoma with the eggs.

Prepare the chicken and spinach on the plate above and set at varoma temp then program for 25 minutes.

Then serve it on a plate and put the piece of cheese over the spinach, garnished with hard boiled eggs.
