INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:
-5 dried coconuts
-1 l milk
-Sugar / stevia (amount according to taste)
1. Put coconut into the mixing bowl, chop without time, sieve and put the coconut milk back into the mixing bowl
2. Add milk and add sugar/stevia, mix until a homogeneous cream is the result
3. Puor cream in small silicone molds and leave them for 3-4 hours in the freezer, then serve
