Coconut ice cream

for TM 31

– 100 Gr Grated coconut
– 1 Cup of coconut liquor
– 250 GR sugar
– 1 cup of cold milk (1 1/2 hour in the freezer)

Put in the glass the grated coconut, coconut liquor, sugar at speed 3, for 1 Min. Reserve.
Place the Butterfly, add milk, and mix for 4 MIN, at speed 4. Pour in a bowl.
Serve, add grated coconut topping and freeze over 8 hours.

Before serving let repose for a few minutes at room temperature.
