This creamy cauliflower soup is quickly and easily prepared. You can use also broccoli instead of cauliflower.
INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:
400 g cauliflower (cleaned and cut into florets)
200 g potatoes (peeled and quartered)
600 ml water
300 ml milk
100 g of farmhouse cheese
1. Put potatoes and cauliflower into the mixin bowl, chop for 4 seconds /speed 4
2. Add water, milk and salt, cook for 25 minutes / 100 Â° /speed 1
3. Add cheese, puree for 30 seconds, into bowls and serve
