200g of cherry tomatoes
200g goat cheese
100 g green pepper
50 g black olives
40 gr olive oil
few drops of lemon
oregano to taste
some leaves of lettuce
Wash the tomatoes, drained, cut them in half and reserve. Do the same with the lettuce.
Put the cheese in the bowl and chop for 3 seconds, 3Â½ speed. Reserve
Put the onions, pepper, peeled cucumber, olives and the salt, lemon and oregano dressing. Mix for 4 seconds, speed 3 Â½
Pour in a bowl and mix with the cherry tomatoes we had reserved, lettuce and cheese.
It is a wonderful light meal in diets.
