Garlic and chicken soup

1 liter of water
1 cooked chicken breast
3 garlic cloves
1 leek
1 cup of white wine
3 slices of toasted bread
1 chicken bouillon cube.
A little parsley
salt and pepper

Put the leeks and garlic cloves in the Thermomix, chop at speed 4 for about 4 seconds, clean the walls with a spatula, add water, broth and white wine, then set for 10 minutes, 100º left rotation, speed spoon, after this, add the bread cut into pieces and diced chicken breast to taste.
Season to taste and set for 3 minutes, 100 º, speed spoon and left rotation.
This soup is easy to do and helps us take advantage of those little things that we left in the fridge.
