BREAD WITH GARLIC AND CHEESE



This garlic/cheese bread is easy to prepare! Try it out, is really tasty!

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

  • 500 g wheat flour (sifted)
  • 30 g pressed Baker’s yeast
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 150 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic (peeled)

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Put garlic into the mixing bowl and chop, keep for later
2. Put water, egg, salt, sugar and oil into the mixing bowl, set for 3 minutes /37° /speed 4
3. Add garlic, set for 2 minutes / 37 ° /speed 1
4. Add yeast, mix for 30 seconds /speed 3
5. Add half of the cheese and half of the flour, mix for 10 seconds /speed 6
6. Set for 5 minutes on kneading, add during this time the rest of the cheese and the remaining flour
7. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave for an hour or two until the dough has doubled its volume
8.  Put into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 190 ° (preheated oven), cool and serve
