Garlic pasta with tuna and txatka

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)Espirales-al-ajillo-con-atun-y-txatka-150x150

• 4 garlic cloves
• 40 gr oil
• 2 small cans of tuna
• 4 sticks of txatka
• 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
• 300 grams of pasta
• 1.5 liters of water
• 1 stock cube

Start the Thermomix at speed 5, pour in the jar the garlic cloves, down from the walls, add oil and sauté for 6 minutes, varoma, speed spoon. Reserve.
Without cleaning the jar, pour water with the stock cube for 10 min, varoma, speed 1. When boiling, add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package plus 2 minutes (for example, if you put in the package that is cooked in 10 minutes, put 12).
Drain the pasta and serve with the hot sauce.
