GLUTENFREE CHOCOLATE CAKE

GLUTENFREE CHOCOLATE CAKE



You can prepare this cake also with normal flour.

Aswell you can bake the cake in a round molde, cut into halfs, fill with butter cream, put chocolate glaze on the cake and then decorate with Gluten free/ Smarties.

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g of Nesquik cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 sachet Baker’s yeast
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 g gluten-free flour
  • Margarine to grease a baking pan
  • Icing sugar to decorate

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Preheat oven to 180°

2. Put sugar into the mixing bowl, set for 10 seconds /speed 9

3. Add nesquik cocoa and eggs, beat for 30 seconds /speed 9

4. Set for 1 minute / 37 ° C /speed 2

5. Add margarine, yeast, yogurt, salt and flour, mix for 15 seconds /speed 4

6. Grease the baking mold with margarine, spread with flour, pour the dough into the mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180° C

7. Leave cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
