Thermomix TM5/31/21 Recipe


Granola is great for a healthy breakfast full of fiber and nutrients without additives, without saturated fats, sure that once you try to make your granola at home, you will not want other cereals, with your daily ration at breakfast you ensure a diet rich in fiber , heart-healthy and also delicious!


I propose some ingredients but you can modify them and create your own favorite granola recipe, I leave some suggestions.

Do you add to the homemade and healthy for you and yours?


  • 400gr of oat flakes without crushing
  • 250gr of varied raw seeds for example, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, chia, flax, black and white sesame seeds, pine nuts.
  • 75 gr of nuts e.g. Nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts.
  • 5 tablespoons of hazelnut or coconut oil
  • 50 gr of dates
  • 200gr of panela
  • 50 gr of dried cranberries
  • 50 gr of raisins
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt


Step 1
Put in the bowl the 75gr of your chosing nuts and cut for 3″ / speed 5, reserve

Step 2
Put the dates, dried apricots or dried fruits in the bowl and chop with a couple of turbo strokes, add raisins and blueberries. Reserve

Step 3
Chop the panela and crush for 15″ / speed 5-7-9, add the oil, cinnamon, the pinch of salt and set for 2′, 100°C, speed 2.

Step 4
In a large bowl mix the oat flakes, chopped nuts, and seeds, with the mixture of oil, cinnamon brown sugar and salt, spread it on the baking tray with a paper.

Step 5
With the oven heated to 160°C bake for 25′, when finished, add and mix the dehydrated fruits – raisins, dehydrated cranberries and chopped dates and get into the oven for 5′ more in the oven at the same temperature.


Once cold, store the granola in airtight glass jars and enjoy it.



We can use olive oil, sunflower, coconut, almonds, hazelnuts etc. to give a different touch.
We can also add other dehydrated fruits, such as: banana, coconut, prunes, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, dried apricots, dates, etc.

In the group of seeds you can also choose your favorites, even sell assortments already prepared, but that are raw and without salt.

The ingredient that sweetens, can also be to your liking, maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, brown sugar, etc.

As you can see, you can give it your personal touch.
