This is a very simple Thermomix recipe!!

But the results are very good, when the vegetable paper is wet and drained, under the fish, makes it less dry, I recommend it a lot when making fish in the Varoma.

Just put the paper in the tray above, if you have not tried it, do it, you will be surprised!

Here´s the recipe, it is fast, simple but very good.


  • 6 hake fillets (these were frozen, previously thawed)
  • Fresh parsley
  • 5o g of olive oil
  • 5  garlic cloves
  • 60 water
  • 50 white wine
  • Juice of a large lemon
  • Salt


Put in the bowl of the Thermomix, the parsley and the garlic, for 5 seconds, speed 6, clean with the spatula.

Pour the oil and set for 3 minutes, Varoma, left turn / speed 1

Add some salt, lemon juice, wine and water.

Put 2 hake fillets in the bottom of the Varoma, in the upper tray, take a sheet of vegetable paper, which we use for the oven, wrinkle it with your hands, wet under the tap, drain, as if it were a cloth, we start to measure the tray and put on top.

Put the other fillets on the paper, the fish will be more juicy, also. For example if we put some potatoes at the bootom, the juice that loose the fish does not fall, we set the Varoma in the Thermomix and set for 15 minutes, Varoma Temperature, Left Turn, speed 1.

After that time, put the fish in a dish and serve with the sauce on top, it is a delicious lemon flavor! Yummy!!
