HONEY BREAD



Do you know honey bread?

Here the recipe!

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

  • 150 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 500 g hole wheat flour
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 40 g yeast
  • 100 ml honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP sugar

PREPARATION:

1. Put eggs, honey, water, milk, salt, sugar and oil into the mixing bowl, set for 6 minutes / 37 ° /speed 4
2. Add yeast, mix for 30 seconds /speed 3
3. Add flour, mix for 15 seconds /speed 6, then set for 10 minutes on kneading
4. Put the dough in a baking mold or on a baking sheet and leave for at least 2 hours (until the dough doubles the volume)
5. Preheat oven to 190°, bake for 30 minutes, let it cool on a wire rack and serve
