And here´s the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 150gr white chocolate
  • 150gr milk chocolate
  • 3 curd sachets
  • 150gr of dark chocolate
  • 1 ½  liter milk
  • cool silicone molds

If you want, you can add 20gr of sugar to each chocolate, add less to the whites, I don´t add sugar to any as I don´t like it very sweet.

Instructions:

First we choose the color of the chocolate we want to make first, then place it in the Thermomix bowl and crush it for about 15 seconds in progressive speed 5-10, or at turbo.

Add ½ liter milk and an envelope of curd and set for 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 3, when it whistles, pour over the silicone molds, remember to leave some molds free to fill them with the other chocolate.

Rinse the bowl and do the same operation with the other chocolate … before continuing filling the molds with another chocolate mark a line slightly with a needle, fork or toothpick son they don´t separate.

Pour the other chocolate over an inverted spoon, this will make the chocolate falling smoothly. It will prevent mixing the chocolate.

Rinse the bowl again and do the same process with the remaining chocolate, fill the molds (leave them outside the fridge for a few minutes) then take them to the fridge for a few hours to cool.

When we unmold, they look great!!
