Kale is also known as leaf cabbage

- 1 cup of Kale
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese with herbs
- Olive oil
Boil the macaroni in abundant boiling water with a little salt, for about 15 minutes. Drain the water, and set aside.
Cut the tomato into slices and put them in a baking dish, sprinkle with peppers, parsley, a little olive oil and the pips, and bake for about five minutes at 200ºC, until the tomatoes are roasted.
Put the macaroni in a baking dish, with the spread cheese, bake for five minutes at 180ºC, sprinkle the macaroni with the grated parmesan cheese and put back in the oven, set gratin function for five minutes.
Serve the macaroni with raw kale and roasted tomatoes.
