This jam you can prepare also with neutral gelatin, depending on your taste. You can also use cherries instead of plums.
INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:
-500 g Kiwi (peeled)
-2 large Red Plums (pitted and halved)
-1 lemon (peeled and Seedless)
-500 g sugar
-1 packet of Strawberry gelatin
1. Put kiwi, plum and lemon into the mixing bowl and chop for a few seconds
2. Add sugar, cook for 30 minutes / Varoma /speed 3
3. When it starts to boil set at 100 Â° and add the gelatine
4. After expired cooking time fill the jam in glasses, leave overnight and the next morning you will have a delicious jam for breakfast.
