LEMON CREAM THERMOMIX



A delicious and quickly prepared cream. Also you can use orange juice instead of lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

– 2 natural yoghurt
– 300 ml condensed milk
– 300 ml cream (35% FAT)
– 100 ml lemon juice

PREPARATION:

1. Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl, mix for 30 seconds /speed 5, fill in hollowed-out lemon halves, put for 1-2 hours into the fridge, then serve
