LEMON SLUSH



– 5 lemons
– 500 g of water
– 250 g of sugar
– 800 g of ice

 

PREPARATION

Wash the lemons- without peeling- cut them into 6 or 8 wedges.

Put into the Thermomix with water and press the turbo button 5 times.

Drain and rinse the glass.

Return the liquid in the Thermomix, add sugar and ice and set for 30 seconds, speed 5
