A delicious appetizer for meat lovers.
You can enjoy it warm or cold. If you add a little bit of chamel sauce it tastes even better. 🙂




  • 1 Onion (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1 Bag of pitted olives
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml (1/2 cup milk)
  • 2 TBSP bread crumbs
  • 600 g round meat (mixed)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 15 Slices of smoked bacon




1. Put the onions and garlic into the mixing bowl, chop it for 4 seconds /speed 5
2. Add oil, cook for 15 minutes /7 Varoma /speed 1
3 Add olives, chop for 5 seconds /speed 5
4. Add egg, milk and bread crumbs, mix for 10 seconds /speed 3
5. Flour the ground meat , put into a bowl, cover it with foil and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator
6.Peel the Potatoes and cut into slices, keep it for later
7. Preheat oven to 200 ° C
8. Place slices of bacon in a rectangular baking dish, so that the shape is lined and the slices of bacon overlap the dish
9. Divide the ground meat, put one half of the ground meet, the spinach, the potatoes into the dish and put on the top the other half of the ground meet
10. Cover it with the overlapping slices of bacon
11. Bake it for 45 minutes at 200 ° C, let it cool for a few minutes, topple it carefully, cut into slices and serve
