Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
– 100 grams of wheat flour
– 150 gramsof cornstarch
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 125 grams of very cold butter
– 70 grams of cold water
Add the flours and the salt to the machine, pulverize at speed 10, for 25 seconds.
Then add the butter and water, and mix for 20 seconds at speed 6.
Gently stretch the dough without using force in a clean surface, and make rectangles of your desire size.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with wax paper.Â Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, remove and reserve until ready to serve.
– 500 grams of minced meat
– 50 grams of olive oil
– 2 shallots
– 1/2 onion
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 1 stalk of celery
– 2 carrots
– 2 green peppers
– 1chile (optional) (*) It is very spicy, if there are children, do not add it .
– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
– 300 grams of water
– 1 tablet of vegetable stock
– 1 piquillo pepper
– Cheese to sprinkle
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 bay leaf
– 1 teaspoon of thyme
– 2 tablespoons of parsley
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Wash the vegetables, and add them to the machine, crushed for 2 seconds at speed 3.
Add the oil and set the TMX for 7 minutes, Varoma, turn left and speed spoon.
Add the species, the salt and the meat, set it for 5 minutes, Varoma, turn left and speed spoon.
Add the tomatoes and the broth, set it for 15 minutes Varoma, turn left and speed spoon.
Once done, check the salt and serve hot. Sprinkle the cheese and serve with the corn toasties.
