50 gr olive oil
2 garlic cloves
300 g sliced mushrooms
350 g rice
700 g of water
100 gr of white wine
1 beef stock cube
50 g butter
100 gr grated Parmesan cheese
1 .- In the Thermomix glass put the oil, onion and garlic in quarter. Mash for 4 seconds, speed 5. Set for another 7 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 1.
2 .- Add the mushrooms. Program for 7 minutes varoma temperature, turn left and speed spoon.
3 .- add the rice and saute for 1 minute, varoma temperature, turn left at speed spoon.
4 .- Add water, wine, stock cube and pepper. Set for 15 minutes, temperature 100, turn left at speed spoon.
5 .- Add butter (room temperature) and cheese and stir well with a spatula. Let repose for 1 minute into the Thermomix, add salt if necessary.
