This delicius ice cream is verry easy for prepare.


  • 500 ml cream
  • 300 g soft nougat
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Chocolate syrup chocolate pearls


1. Insert the butterfly, put cram into the mixing bowl, set without time on speed 3 so the result is whipped cream, put in a bowl and store in the fridge
2. Put eggs and sugar into the mixing bowl, set for 6 minutes/ 37 C°/ speed 3. (In tmx 21 while 40 C° /speed 2)
3. Add the crumbled nougat, beat for 30 seconds / speed 4
4. Set on speed 3 and add slowly the whipped cream and mix until it is fully integrated
5. Put in a bowl and leave for least 4-8 hours in the fridge
6. Put in small bowls, garnish with a little syrup or chocolate pearls, then serve
