ONION BREAD



Here a recipe, how to prepare quickly and simply an onion bread. You can use also use whole wheat flour and add nuts or flax seeds. 🙂

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

  • 260 ml water
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 500 g flour (sifted)
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 100 g dried onions

PREPARATION:

1. Put water, salt and yeast into the mixing bowl, set it for 5 minutes /37 C° /speed 3
2. Add flour, set for 6 seconds/speed 6, then for 5 minutes / kneading
3. Leave dough into the mixing bowl until the volume has doubled
4. Knead again for 5 minutes and add the dried onions
5. Knead the dough on a floured surface, make the bread, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rest until the volume has doubled
6. Preheat poven at 210 C°, bake the bread for 30 minutes, cool on a wire rack and serve
