Thermomix TM5/31/21 Recipe
Italian cuisine is one of my favorites, but I must confess that until today, I had never tried pesto sauce before, what a pity! because I loved the flavor that contributes to the pasta, a strong and delicate flavor at the same time, with a lot of flavor of basil and garlic, as the parmesan touches, finally pine nuts are added. I substituted them for nuts, delicious!
Starting today, it will be an indispensable recipe in my kitchen.
SPAGHETTI AL PESTO
- 50 gr. Basil
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 60 gr. Parmesan
- 50 gr. Pine nuts or nuts
- 1 liter of water
- 350 gr of Spaghetti
Chop the cheese by pressing turbo several times, add the pine nuts, the basil and the garlic, set for 15 seconds / progressive speed 5-9. Add the oil little by little at speed 5 to emulsify, I did not salt because the cheese already has enough.
Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
Put the water in the glass and bring to boil for 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1. Add salt and the pasta . Do not put the cup, or the basket. Setfor 15 min * 100ºC / speed 1 inverted. Depending on the brand of the pasta, the package will set a certain time.
Drain the spaghetti and serve with a few tablespoons of pesto sauce, if it is too thick you can add a few tablespoons of water from the pasta.
- 150 gr. Oatmeal
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 onion
- Bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- 150 ml. Oat milk
Put the oats to marinate with milk, for half an hour. Meanwhile in the bowl add the pepper, onion and chop for 5 sec / speed 7 add the oil and sauté for 3 min / 100ºC / speed 1.
Add the oats to the vegetables, beat the egg with the salt, add it to the bowl, toss the bread crumbs and mix at speed 3 inverted turn.
Remove the veggie dough and form the burgers, fry in olive oil for a few minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
Vegetable burgers are part of the vegetarian diet, which looks like the meat burger, but it is much more nutritious.
