(Spanish, strained pineapple: , pineapple + colada, strained) is a sweet, rum-based cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut)

Recipe – Thermomix TM 21


– 150 g. (1 1 / 2 cub.) Grated Coconut.
– 200 g. (2 cub.) Sugar.
– 3 slices of pineapple
– 400 g. (4 cub.) Pineapple juice.
– 200 g. (2 cub.) Rum.
– An ice tray


With the glass and the blades very dry, add sugar for 30 seconds at speeds 5-7-9 progressive

Then add the coconut and repeat the operation until it’s well glazed, add the remaining ingredients and set for 1 minute , 5-7-9 progressive rates.

We can use a spatula to crush the pineapple and the ice cubes.

Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of rum to taste
