This bread is gluten-free, so suitable for people they are intolerant to flour.



50 g walnuts
380 ml warm water
580 g rice flour
50 g fresh Baker’s yeast




1. Put water into the mixing bowl, cook for 1 minute /100 C° /speed 1, keep
2. Put walnuts into the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds /speed 4
3. Add yeast and flour, mix for 1 minute /speed 4
4. Knead for 6 minutes (closed mixing bowl) , add 80% of the water
5. After 4 minutes add the rest of the water
6. Distributing a little bit of oil on the table, rub hands with oil, then knead the dough well
7. Make little baguettes, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
8. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C°, let it cool on a wire rack, then serve
