RICE PUDDING WITH NOUGAT



Rice pudding is very popular and especially children love it.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

  • 230 g sugar
  • the skin of a lemon
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 panel nougat
  • 70 g butter (room temperature)
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 1/2 l cream

 

PREPARATION:

1. Insert butterfly, put milk, cream and nougat into the mixing bowl, beat without time and temperature until a homogeneous mass is the result
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except butter and sugar) cook for 45 minutes / 90° /speed 1
3. Add sugar and butter, cook for 10 minutes at 90° degree and level 1
4. Pour the mass in a bowl or individual small bowls pour and cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
You can serve it warm or cold.
