RICE STEW (WITH TERMOMIX)



For this cold winter days is a stew is just right. You can add different types of vegetables and meat; just according to what you like. 🙂

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

-1 small red pepper
-1 Green onion
-8 Garlic cloves
-Parsley
-5 Mushrooms (sliced)
-2 Carrots
-3 Tomatoes
-1/2 Sobrasada or spicy sausage
-60 ml olive oil
-a pinch of cinnamon
-1 Bouillon cube or 820 ml broth
-250 g rice
-Meat: Pork ribs, chicken, rabbit… According to your taste
-820 ml water

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Wash, Peel and chop vegetables
2. Put 4 cloves of garlic, parsley and sobrasada/chorizo into he mixing bowl, chop speed 4,5,6, put it in a bowl and keep it for later
3. Put oil and the other 4 cloves of garlic (halved) into the mixing bowl, cook for 6 minutes / Varoma / spoon left, put in a bowl and keep it for later
4. Cut onion into quarters, put into the mixing bowl, add peppers, tomatoes, and a little salt, cop for 8 seconds /speed 5 
5.  Cook for 8 minutes /Varoma / speed 1
6. Add meat and a pinch of add cinnamon, cook for 5 minutes / Varoma / spoon left 
7. Add carrots, water and bouillon cube (or broth, cook for 8 minutes /Varoma / spoon left 
8. Add rice, mushrooms and garlic halves, cook for 16 minutes /100 ° /spoon right  
9.  4 minutes before its finished add the garlic/parsley/sobrasada mixture, move well, put in a bowl and serve
