RICE WITH CARROTS



There’s always some great stuff to eat and present. It’s something great at any party, birthday or family reunion, and I hope, you enjoy it as much as me.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX, TM31:

  • 250 gr of cooked white rice
  • 250 gr of carrots
  • 500 ml of water with 1 tablet of fish stock
  • Olives( black)
  • Parsley

PREPARATION

1. Peel and cut 1 carrot into thin slices, put it into the Varoma, salt, reserve

 

2. Put the rest of the carrots into the mixing bowl, chop for a few seconds/ speed 4

 

3. Add the water, rice and with the stock cube, place the varoma, cook for 13 minutes/varoma/ speed 1

 

4. Put in dishes or the tray as shown in the photo, decorate with olivres and parsley, then serve
