RUCCOLA SALAD WITH ANCHOIVES (WITH THERMOMIX)



If u like to prepate a special salad for your guest…here an idea. 🙂
INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX, TM31:

 

Anchovies in olive oil

Ruccola

1 carrot
1 spring onion
1 tomato
1 small green pepper
Salt
40 ml of olive oil
20 ml of Apple vinegar
PREPARATION:
1. Wash the ruccola and reserve it drained.
2. Put the peeled carrot and green pepper into the mixing bowl, crush for 7 seconds/ speed 5, reserve
3. Put the peeled and sliced tomato into the mixin bowl, crush for 5 seconds/speed 3 1/2, reserve
4. Cut the onion in julienne, reserve
7. Put the arugula, dressed with salt, oil and vinegar in a bowl ore plate
8. Mix carrot, pepper and tomato with salt, oil and vinegar,  put it in the Center and give a rounded shape
9. Put the anchovies around the carrots, peppers and tomato, then served garnished with the onion rings
