RUSSIAN SALAD (WITH THERMOMIX)



This salad you can serve as an appetizer or as a side dish  with fish ore meat or (in this case omit the tuna).

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

-1 kg of potatoes
-2 boiled eggs
-2 cans tuna
450 g mayonnaise
-30 g onion (peeled and chopped)
-50 g carrots (peeled and geraffelt)
-30 g of olives (stuffed with peppers)
600 ml water
Salt

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Put water in the mixing bowl,  set for 7 minutes /Varoma /speed 1
2. Peel potatoes, cut into squares, put in the cooking basket, install and cook for 25 minutes / Varoma /speed 1, after the cooking time expires cool
3. Mash the potatoes with a fork, chop the eggs
4. Put all the ingredients (except 8 olives, the Mayo and salt) in a bowl and mix well
5. Add salt and mayonaise, mix well, let cool 2-3 hours in the fridge
6. Mix well, garnish with olives and serve
