Scrambled eggs with cod



INGREDIENTS

1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 / 2 Italian green peppers
50 g extra virgin olive oil
250g desalted cod
5 eggs
100 ml of milk (1 cup)
sprinkle parsley

PREPARATION

Put in the Thermomix onion, garlic and pepper. Chop at speed 4 then add oil. Program for 20 min, 80 ° C, speed 1.

Place the butterfly. Add the flaked cod previously dried with paper towel and set for 2 min, 90 ° C, speed 1.

Add the eggs and set for 5 min, 80 ° C, speed 1. The time depends on how curd we like eggs.

Add salt at the end, thus avoid the cod release water.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with toasts
