SEVILLAN MEAT PIE (WITH THERMOMIX)



This pie is a Sevillian specialty.
With the same recipe, you can prepare also a pie with tuna. Just replace it with ground meat. 🙂

 

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

 

-Puff pastry
-100 g ground meat (beef, pork or chicken)
-1 green pepper (washed, seedless and small cut)
-a half onion (peeled and quartered)
-1 garlic (peeled)
-Salt, pepper
-1 boiled egg
-some fried tomatoes
– Cheese slices
-Oregano
-Parsley
-50 ml oil

 

PREPARATION:

 

1. Preheat oven at 220 °
2. Put onion, garlic and peppers into the mixing bowl, chop for 1 minute /speed 4
3. Add oil, cook for 3 minutes /Varoma /speed 1
4. Add  meat, salt and pepper add, insert the butterfly for 5 minutes on Varoma and level spoon
5. Add tomato and boiled egg,  chop for a few seconds /speed 4
6. Cut the puff pastry into 2 parts, roll out the doug (thin), put one part on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and distrub the meat mixture on it, sprinkle with oregano, parsley, then put the slices of cheese on it, with the other half of the puff pastry you cover the whole thing and press the edges well
7. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220°, cut into portions and serve hot
