SOLE ROLLS WITH CREAM SAUCE

SOLE ROLLS WITH CREAM SAUCE



This dish is soooo good. You can serve it with steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, rice or mashed potatoes.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX, TM1:

  • 8 fillets of sole
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 onion (peeled and quartered)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 250 ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Flour or bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Oil

PREPARATION:

1. Salt and pepper the filets, put on 4 filets a slice of ham and cheese, then cover with a other fillet, roll and fix with a toothpicks so the rolls do not open

2. Turn the filet rolls inflour/bread crumbs and beaten egg (repeat several times if u use flour) and fry them in a pan with plenty of oil, put them on a plate with a paper towel so that the waste oil can be absorbed, keep in a bowl and remove the toothpick

3. Put garlic and onion into the mixing bowl, chop for a few seconds /speed 7

4. Add oil, set for 5 minutes / Varoma /speed spoon

5. Add salt, cream and white wine, cook for 20 minutes /90 degrees /speed spoon

6. Pour the sauce over the sole role, then serve
