50 gr olive oil

1 bunch of basil
10 gr lemon juice

– Chop the eggs at speed 2-3 for 4 seconds. Then reserve.
– No need to clean the glass put the parsley, the basil, oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Crush for 10 seconds at speed 7. Using the spatula reserve the sauce in a separate bowl.
– In the Thermomix glass put the water with a little salt and set for 10 minutes, temperature 100 at speed 1. Then add the spaghetti and set by following the instructions to cook the pasta (usually 10 minutes), temperature 100, turn left at speed spoon.
– Drain when cooked and mix with the freen sauce accompanied by chopped egg.
It is very good both cold and hot. In addition we can accompanied by tuna .It is a complete dish.
