SPINACH AND MUSHROOM SALAD

I love preparing salads at home. I present you a delicious salad that you can prepare to your liking and preference. I recommend this tasty recipe just as it is, its flavor is magnificent. Enjoy this tasty and healthy Spinach and Mushroom Salad!

Although we usually eat cooked spinach and mushrooms, this recipe takes them raw, so we can take advantage of all their properties.

You better choose a good extra virgin olive oil for your dressing, and a special salt. It´s great if you have flakes salt, black salt or pink salt, it will make a special dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200gr tender and clean dry spinach leaves
  • 100gr rolled mushrooms
  • 60gr nuts
  • 80gr goat cheese (frozen)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cream of Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt flakes or a special one if you have

Instructions:

The 1st thing we should do is freezing the goat cheese well wrapped in a film for a few hours, this will allow us to grate it well later since it is very tender.

Toss spinach leaves in a large salad bowl, then add the mushrooms, salt, some walnuts and grate and put over a bit of goat cheese, repeat this process in two or three layers and finish decorating with nuts, and a little of grated cheese.

Align with olive oil, and the cream of balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately!

Tips:

It´s a low-calorie recipe that won´t leave you hyngry! The cheese gives it a very good flavor and it needs just a little quantity. I always have a small piece of goat cheese curl in the freezer to grate
