STEAMED SPINACH

STEAMED SPINACH



A light and tasty appetizer or side dish to meat or fish.

INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:

-1 bag spinach (300 g)
-1 Zucchini or 1 potato
-1 onion or 2 leeks
-1 carrot
-Salt
-30 ml oil
-2 glasses of water
-a half stock cubes

PREPARATION:

1. Put onion or leek and carrot into the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds / speed 5
2. Add oil, set for 5 minutes / Varoma /speed spoon
3. Add spinach, water, Zucchini/potato and the half stock cube, cook for 23 minutes / Varoma /speed spoon
4. Put in a bowl, garnish with a little grated cheese, or croutons and serve
